Creating Ones Reality
There is a quote I was aware of in social media about 15 years ago.
The quote is about creating your reality. It says something like, you cannot solve a problem on the issue that created it. So, metaphysical principals have to do with ascending and gaining a vantage; you do this with Love. You can’t get there any other way. I am speaking of Love in the broadest sense, with ones heart and intellect. As you may look on your life and see the times when your issues or problems could be resolved from a neutral place of self love and forgiveness of humanity or whatever that situation is. Give yourself the grace and to people involved, placed in a neutral place and then you can begin to heal and have a different vantage than from your pain, or where that pain originated. That is the direction of the Psychogenesis process. People may not completely see, or understand the value in that because they think, “oh! I’ve got to dredge up all these terrible feelings of my past”. That’s not what it’s about. People get an idea of what it is about in the introduction where my father speaks to it, which is a technique to self mastery and discovery of yourself to the effect of having the life you want and to not keep experiencing, or creating painful scenarios.

Understanding the Quote
To paraphrase – “You cannot solve a problem on the same thinking that created it” this emphasizes the need for a shift in perspective, mindset, and approach to successfully resolve challenges. It suggests the very thinking patterns, assumptions, and methods that led to the problem are insufficient to find a lasting solution, and instead, a deeper understanding through root cause analysis, seeking diverse viewpoints and engaging intuition is required.
“We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them”. – Albert Einstein
Mindset Shift:
The core idea to overcome a problem is to elevate ones thoughts beyond the mindset at which the problem originated.
Changing Perspective:
It encourages you to step back and look at the situation from a new vantage, as opposed to repeating the same thought processes.
Root Cause Analysis:
To effectively solve a problem, one must first identify its originating causes, which requires looking beyond the surface symptoms.
Seek Perspective and Tap into Your Intuition
Consult with others who may offer new insights or solutions you hadn’t considered. Instead of relying solely on intellectual patterns, try to listen to your inner voice and intuition to discover new information.
Gain Clarity and Adopt a New Approach
Take a moment to gain a clear understanding of the problem and the factors that contributed to it. Be willing to alter your assumptions, methods, and habits that were present when the problem surfaced.
Focus on the Root Cause
Use techniques like root cause analysis to find the underlying issue, than just symptoms, ensures a more sustainable resolution.
